Moschatel or Town Hall Clock is found on Slape Lane. There is not a large population perhaps 30 to 40 plants spread over about 150 linear yards of banking.

Trifolium medium (Zigzag Clover)

Trifolium medium (Zigzag Clover)

So far I have recorded 3 populations of this clover on Hutton Roof.

One small population at the top of Lancelot Clark Storth (CWT), another small population to the North West of the Trig on the Common, and the largest population lies much further to the East side of the Common on (Hybrid Hill). The photographs below are taken from the Hybrid Hill population.

Saxifraga tridactylites (Rue Leaved Saxifrage)

Saxifraga tridactylites (Rue Leaved Saxifrage)

The best time to see this is from the end of March, although I have had it over in Ploverlands from the middle of February. It is widespread on Hutton Roof and seen at all altitudes

Probably the most Northerly of its limits, it is well established in the central areas of Lancelot Clark Storth (CWT)
